1) Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to 50+ countries worldwide.
If your country isn’t available at checkout or you experience issues with payment/shipping, please contact us at support@veileclipse.com.
Note: Due to regional restrictions, we currently do not ship to Ukraine, Laos, Paraguay, Algeria, or Kuwait.
2) How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time: 3–7 business days
(Custom / made-to-order designs may require up to +7 additional business days.) -
Shipping time:
• United States: 10–16 business days
• Other countries: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or local holidays.
3) How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over $49 USD

Flat fee: $10 USD for orders below $49 USD
Shipping rates are partially subsidized by us. In case of returns/refunds, actual carrier fees may apply (see Refund Policy).
4) Where can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after the shipment is dispatched.
5) My order shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@veileclipse.com.
We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and assist you.
After 7 days, carriers may close their claim window, which can limit our ability to help.
6) Do I have to pay VAT or customs fees?

EU Customers: VAT is prepaid by us — no additional VAT on delivery.

Other Countries: Import duties and taxes vary by destination and are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by unpaid customs duties.
7) What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal.
More payment options (credit/debit cards, etc.) will be available soon.
8) What is your return & refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Non-returnable items: custom orders, personal care items, sale/clearance items, gift cards.
