1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to 50+ countries worldwide.
Excluded countries: Ukraine, Laos, Paraguay, Algeria, Kuwait.

2. How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time: 3–7 business days (special designs/made-to-order may take +7 days).

Shipping time:
• United States: 10–16 business days
• Other countries: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs clearance.
3. How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over $100 USD

Flat fee of $10 USD for orders below $100

4. Where can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. My order shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 7 days at support@veileclipse.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
6. Do I have to pay VAT or customs fees?

EU Customers: VAT is prepaid by us. No additional VAT will be charged upon delivery.

Other Countries: Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept PayPal only.
More payment options (credit/debit cards, etc.) will be available soon.
8. What is your return & refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Some items (e.g., custom orders, personal care items, sale items, gift cards) are non-returnable.
