1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to 50+ countries worldwide.
Excluded countries: Ukraine, Laos, Paraguay, Algeria, Kuwait.

2. How long does delivery take?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (special designs/made-to-order may take +7 days).

  • Shipping time:
    • United States: 10–16 business days
    • Other countries: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs clearance.


3. How much does shipping cost?

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 USD

  • Flat fee of $10 USD for orders below $100

4. Where can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. My order shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 7 days at support@veileclipse.com so we can investigate with the carrier.


6. Do I have to pay VAT or customs fees?

  • EU Customers: VAT is prepaid by us. No additional VAT will be charged upon delivery.

  • Other Countries: Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept PayPal only.
More payment options (credit/debit cards, etc.) will be available soon.


8. What is your return & refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Some items (e.g., custom orders, personal care items, sale items, gift cards) are non-returnable.
